Return & Refund Policy

At COMBAZ, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and fair return and refund policy for all prepaid orders.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received a wrong product or wrong size
• The product is significantly different from what was shown on the website
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, washed, ironed, or altered
• Tags or original packaging are damaged or missing
• The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
• The product shows signs of wear and tear, stains, or damage from customer's end

3. How to Request a Return

1. Email customer.combaz@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your Order Number, photos of the issue, and the reason for return
3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with pickup instructions
4. Pack the product securely with original tags and packaging
5. Our courier partner will collect the parcel within 3-5 working days

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days
• Refunds are credited to the same UPI / bank account used for payment
• Reflection time depends on your bank — usually 2-7 working days

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original product and place a fresh order.

6. Return Shipping Charges

• For damaged / defective / wrong products — free return pickup by us
• For change-of-mind returns — return shipping is borne by the customer (₹100-₹200 depending on location)

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Cancelled orders are fully refunded within 3-5 working days.
