Shipping Policy

At COMBAZ, we offer free shipping across India on every prepaid order. Here are the details:

1. Shipping Charges

• 100% FREE delivery across India — no minimum order value
• No hidden fees, no convenience charges

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 4-5 working days
• Tier-2 cities: 5-7 working days
• Remote / North-East / rural areas: 7-10 working days

Delivery times start from the date we verify your prepaid payment (typically within 15-60 minutes of UTR submission).

3. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next working day
• We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with:

• Tracking number
• Courier partner name
• Expected delivery date

You can track your shipment directly on our courier partner's website.

5. Courier Partners

We ship via trusted national couriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, and India Post — based on your pincode serviceability.

6. Payment & Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

Due to high RTO (Return-to-Origin) rates and fake / prank orders in India, we have decided to accept only prepaid orders. This helps us:

• Keep our prices low (₹444 for 4 shirts!)
• Protect genuine customers from order fraud
• Reduce shipping waste and reverse logistics costs

You can pay easily via PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, or any UPI app in 1 tap.

7. Failed Delivery / Address Not Found

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address with a working phone number. If our courier partner is unable to reach you after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

• We will contact you to confirm re-delivery
• Re-delivery charges of ₹100 may apply
• If you choose to cancel, a refund will be processed minus ₹150 (logistics cost)

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not deliver internationally.
